Infomedia LLC will provide Client with Local Search Engine Optimization Services (hereinafter referred to as “SEO”) as described here. Infomedia LLC will use specific keywords and/or phrases, and local search optimization techniques to improve the search engine ranking of, and/or position the contents of the Client’s website in the first page of Google local results next to the Google Map.
The fee for the local SEO services to be provided is $499/USD monthly. Monthly billing will commence upon successful ranking on the first page of Google local results for a period of six months. If, on the billing date, the client’s website does not appear in the first page of Google local results, the client will not be billed.
Infomedia LLC’s Local SEO Services will include (but are not limited to):
- Researching keywords and phrases to select appropriate, relevant search terms.
- Editing and/or optimization of Google local text for various titles, categories, keyword tags, description, and company profile information as necessary. Proposed changes and additions to the company profile will be submitted to the client for email approval prior to making any changes on existing listings.
- Analysis and recommendations on optimal website structure, navigation, code, etc. for best SEO purposes.
For the purposes of receiving professional local SEO services, Client agrees to provide the following:
- Administrative/backend access to an existing Google Places profile (if available) for analysis of content and structure.
- Company profile information including:
o Name of the Company
o Address, Phone, Email address
o Description (200 character limit, so a short description about the services provided)
o Practice Areas or keywords (example: personal injury, bankruptcy, divorce, etc)
o Hours of Operation
o Payment Accepted (Cash, Check, AMEX, Discover, Visa, MC, Financing, Invoice)
o Any photos and videos representing the company
- Phone verification of local profile, if necessary. Verification is done automatically through Google. Client agrees to answer the verification phone call, take the PIN number given, and email it to Infomedia LLC for the purposes of verification of the profile listing.
- Permission to make changes for the purpose of optimization.
- Authorization to use client pictures, logos, trademarks, web site images, content, etc., for local search engine optimization purposes.
Client must acknowledge the following with respect to local SEO services:
- All fees are non-refundable.
- All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
- Infomedia LLC has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Client’s website may be excluded from any directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
The Client guarantees any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Infomedia LLC for inclusion on the local profile are owned by the Client, or that the Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Infomedia LLC and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.
